Items that have been used, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for returns. Items from any Clearance Section will not be eligible for return.

Return Process

  • Label the package with the provided return authorization number.

  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
